It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the fe777 platform is lawful in Your jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any wager. 3.3 Single Account
Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) Account on the fe777 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
To access the fe777 Services, You must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including Your full legal name, a valid and active email address, a Pakistani mobile phone number, a chosen username, and a password meeting fe777's minimum strength requirements.
You warrant that all registration information You provide is truthful and accurate. You agree to update Your account information promptly if any details change. fe777 may, at its discretion, require You to verify Your identity and age before activating Your Account or processing any withdrawal request. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of Your Account credentials. You must not share Your password with any third party. fe777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to Your Account resulting from Your failure to keep Your credentials secure. You should notify fe777 immediately via live support if You suspect unauthorised access to Your Account.
All deposits to Your fe777 Account must be made through the payment methods listed in the fe777 Cashier section, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
You warrant that You are the authorised holder of any payment method used to deposit funds into Your fe777 Account and that deposits are made from funds that are Your own lawful property. fe777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to processing of Your first withdrawal. fe777 may require a copy of Your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport and proof of payment method ownership to complete KYC. fe777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible.
fe777 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation; (c) an active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to the withdrawal amount; or (d) the withdrawal request is subject to an ongoing investigation. fe777 will notify You of any withdrawal hold and the reason therefor within a reasonable time.
fe777 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side, however Your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges for which fe777 accepts no responsibility. By placing a bet, You confirm that You have read and accept the applicable betting rules for that market. fe777 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds, game data, or market conditions has occurred due to a technical or human error on the part of fe777 or its data providers.
In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at fe777's discretion. fe777 is not responsible for bets not accepted due to technical delays, connectivity issues, or system latency between Your placing of a bet and fe777's system recording it. The recorded time on fe777's servers is determinative in the event of any dispute regarding bet placement timing.
fe777 applies maximum stake limits on certain markets at its discretion. Winnings from a single event may be subject to payout limits as published in the applicable sports betting rules. fe777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual Account Holder.

fe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of Terms breach; KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable time; account activity indicates patterns consistent with problem gambling and intervention is warranted under fe777's Responsible Gaming obligations; or the Account Holder requests closure or self-exclusion.
Where an Account is closed by fe777 for Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of bonus balances) will be returned to the Account Holder via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and subject to any amounts that may be withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct.
You may request closure of Your fe777 Account at any time by contacting live support or using the self-exclusion tools in Account Settings. Any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal terms.

fe777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from viruses or other harmful components. The fe777 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. You access and use the platform at Your own risk.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitrator. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
